I recently visited this clinic for hearing aids and had an excellent experience working with Ryan, the audiologist. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. I felt truly cared for and appreciated throughout the entire process. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel confident in my care. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with concerns about their hearing.

They were just moving in to this location when I was there, so seemed a tad bit disorganized. However, all personnel were pleasant & helpful. From beginning to finish, everything was clearly explained & I was given ample opportunity to ask questions.

Save your time, don’t bother scheduling here. My partner and I drove from Moab to see the doctor here. We scheduled the appointment weeks in advance and they canceled the appointment without informing us. This is the second time this happened. Twice! This office has horrible management and nonexistent communication.

My husband went in for a followup. Had problems with streaming of cochlear and resound. Rachelle Keys was the best. The only person there that we have ever had that knew a android phone. My husband is so happy all is functioning perfectly now. Thanks to Rachelle.

We have always had a good experience with the front staff and clinicians here. I appreciated how quickly they were able to get our little one in.

I had an appointment for over 2 months. Showed up on time after they sent me multiple text messages to confirm my appointment. I did show up and was informed that the doctor was not there but I could come back in the afternoon. If I had time for the afternoon I would have scheduled it. Will not go back and suggest you do not go here either. Not impressed with this office.
